LATEST ON KOLKOTTA HIGH COURT CASE
THE KOLKOTTA HIGH COURT COULD NOT TAKE UP THE CASE TODAY ON 16.07.2010 DUE TO LACK OF TIME. COULD BE POSTED FOR NEXT WEEK AGAIN ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY AS SERVICE MATTERS ARE HEARD ON THOSE DAYS OF THE WEEK.
sir, It is happy to see you taking initiative. You have come forward to disseminate information which is very vital in maintaining the unity of the cadre. It is at this critical juncture that aiceia should take initiatives. Our enemy is only within us in the form of expectation that the Board/Dept will take care of our growth(sic) promotions. Expecting the Board to seek vacation of the stay is to ask for the moon. A small step would be to seek vacation of the stay so that at least the senior most cadre gets promotion. A person who is competent to move court would not need the shade of the association and if it is expected so, then what is the locus of the association?
